IB Chillón is a Christian non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities in Peru. Through social, educational, and volunteer projects (operating in Lima and Cusco), we provide essential assistance to low-income individuals, promoting hope and sustainable community development.

2. International Donations Policy

• Transparency and Purpose: All financial donations received through this website are allocated directly to the funding, execution, and sustainability of our social, educational, and infrastructure projects in Lima and Cusco.

• Non-Refundable Policy: By making a voluntary donation, the donor acknowledges that funds are given irrevocably for the NGO’s charitable purposes. No refunds will be issued once a transaction is processed, except in cases of verifiable technical errors within the payment gateway.

• Transaction Security: We do not store or process your credit/debit card details on our servers. All payments are securely handled through trusted third-party payment gateways that comply with strict international data protection and PCI standards.

3. Volunteer Program (Lima – Cusco)

• Application Process: Submitting a volunteer application form through this website does not guarantee automatic acceptance into our projects. All applications are subject to an interview and verification process by the IB Chillón leadership team.

• Code of Conduct: Accepted volunteers agree to respect the faith-based institutional values of the organization, local cultural norms, and safety guidelines during the development of all community activities.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All material contained on this website—including but not limited to texts, photographs of community activities, logos, videos, and graphic design elements—is the property of IB Chillón or is used with the proper authorization of our beneficiaries.

• The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any images featuring our community beneficiaries or minors is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the organization.

5. Limitation of Liability
